These sessions are for faculty and staff who need assistance with any ITS supported technology. Here are some possible questions ITS staff can help you with: 

• How can you use the Google calendar more effectively? 
• How do you use Jing to create a quick video response to a question from a student or colleague? 
• Do you want to learn the best way to do a mail merge in Microsoft Word? 
• What are the steps to get started using Qualtrics for online surveys? 
• How do you use rubrics, the dropbox, or ePortfolios within D2L? 

Everyone has unique technology questions and ITS is setting aside time each week where ATS and Eagle Help Desk professional staff are available to offer individual help in a computer classroom setting.
